Checked the paper-assay

Result:

  -The paper dried out again 

  -The paper was left for too long

  -Retry it again

PDMS mold

-The mold that was sprayed with PAM came out very easily

-we will make another one

-we will now plate the yeast on agar

Class result of PDMS:

The pdms was more flexible with the 15:1 polymer to curing agent ration. However, the yeast will slip under the PDMS. we will try to find another method to avoid the yeast from going under the PDMS inside the agar.
