Building Agar 09/21/16
Protocol
Today our group made agar. We followed a YPD recipe to make the agar. This recipe was 20g/L of dextrose, 10g/L of yeast extract, 20g/L of agarose, and 20g/L of peptone. We poured plates that were approximately 25 mL each.
